How can i register as a customer ?
To register as a customer, click the "Sign Up" button on the Dizu.ng website and select "Become a Customer" from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can download the Dizu app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the registration instructions.
How can I register as a vendor?
To register as a vendor, click the "Sign Up" button on the Dizu.ng website and select "Become a Vendor" from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, download the Dizu vendor app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the registration steps
How can I register as a Fleet manager?
To register as a fleet manager, click the "Sign Up" button on the Dizu.ng website and select "Become a Fleet Manager" from the drop-down menu.
How can I register as a driver?
Download the "Dizu Driver" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. After installation, open the app and complete the registration by submitting all required information.

How can I change my account password?

How can I place an order?
1. Download the Dizu App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Register and verify your phone number.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile phone.
4. Log in to your account.
5. Select your preferred category and start placing your orders.
How can I track my order?
After completing your payment, you will see a confirmation screen and have the option to download your receipt. You can then track your order or vendor in real time until the vendor arrives.
How can I locate the payout on the dashboard?
1. As a customer: Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the app to access the payout menu.
2. As a vendor: Find your payout information directly on your dashboard.
3. As a fleet manager: Access your dashboard to manage your team and view payout details.
4. As a driver: Register as an employee under a fleet manager or as a freelancer. You will have access to your dashboard and payout information
